If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 5-10 business days.
- All items must be returned to our store or sent back to us in the same condition you received it and within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.
- All returns must include proof of purchase in the form of a receipt of shipping slip.
- Please ensure items show no signs of use.
- Unfortunately, all Sale items are Final Sale and so there are no returns or exchanges.
FOR CUSTOM WORK:
- No returns or exchanges.
- All custom work is made to order and will not be returnable under any circumstances.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. Any item damaged from use, general wear and tear, we do not accept. All items must be returned in new unused condition.
