Standard Shipping
We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail in the United States. Orders typically require 1-2 Business Days to process and ship. Please contact us at info@pacificclayworks.com should you have any additional Shipping needs or questions such as Overnight or International (additional charges will apply).
Damaged Orders
Our customers mean everything to us at Pacific Clay Works and we strive for 100% satisfaction; however damages during shipping sometimes occur. Please contact us immediately and we will address by either crediting your item upon confirmation of damage, and offering a discount on a replacement order on our website.
To initiate the process, please send a photo(s) to customerservice@pacificclayworks.com that includes any photos of damaged packaging materials for claim inspection.
